As an expert in trauma recovery, Dr. Ojelade works with healthcare, legal, and safety professionals to manage secondary trauma in the workplace. She also has a particular interest in women leaders of color in high stress roles.

An experienced mental health administrator with a background in Clinical Psychology, specializing in a variety of management domains including program management and development; treatment program oversight; contract compliance; supervision of mental health professionals for licensure; consultations to courts and other administrative bodies; proficiency in evaluating, assessing, and appropriately treating a variety of clinical disorders. A competent professional who demonstrates the ability to assist in other duties as needed; including program sponsorship, facility auditing and training administration.
